2025 Annual Conference

April 13-15, 2025 | Miami, Florida

In Partnership with SACUBO

About

ACUPA's annual conference (in partnership with the Southern Association of College & University Business Officers, SACUBO, for 2025) represents an opportunity to bring a unique and diverse group of individuals together to network, share and acquire knowledge, and advance higher education policy administration. As participants, you can provide thought leadership and definition to a field that is evolving and varied across institutions, geographical regions, and professional titles and backgrounds; and develop valuable connections along the way. In the evenings, enjoy the entertainment, dining, and shopping opportunities in Miami and the surrounding area.

Speakers

This year, ACUPA’s conference is partner with SACUBO. ACUPA has a dedicated session track running concurrently with SACUBO’s other sessions. All SACUBO conference attendees may attend ACUPA sessions, and all ACUPA attendees may attend SACUBO sessions.

ACUPA has been strategic in its efforts to provide quality conference opportunities to its members at a reasonable price. Since 2020, ACUPA has seen a dramatic increase in expenses across the board when planning its conference. Our higher ed partners have experienced this same shift in cost.

While ACUPA is excited to offer its members a chance to collaborate with SACUBO during its conference in April, it acknowledges registration fees are considerably more than what ACUPA members are accustomed to. To encourage participation and to continue the momentum the organization felt in Madison in 2024, ACUPA’s board of directors will provide a $200 discount for up to 80 members to attend the joint SACUBO/ACUPA conference in Miami this spring.

To be eligible for the price cut, members must log-in and preregister, and the discount code will be emailed directly to you. SACUBO will open registration in November. Use the discount code upon registering for the conference and thank a board member when you see them in Miami! ACUPA members selected to present will receive an additional $50 discount and the code will be distributed once sessions are selected.

Conference registration opened November 13. Early bird registration ends February 21. For additional registration information, visit SACUBO's website.
