In this time of increased compliance and potentially divisive issues ranging from freedom of speech to video security, it is important that campus stakeholders trust and respect the policy administration process. Various means of involving all stakeholders should be deployed to ensure that faculty and staff feel heard. Stakeholders must trust that the policy administration process considers their circumstances and perspective. This presentation and facilitated discussion addresses the issues and methods associated with enhancing the transparency of policy administration to build trust.
